Commercial Pilot Licence

    • Candidates must be 18 years of age to achieve the licence.

    • Applicants shall possess a category 1 medical certificate.

    • All candidates must successfully complete and pass a written examination, a flight test

    • Candidates shall complete a minimum of 200 hours total flight time, consisting of a minimum of 35 hours dual and a minimum of 30 hours solo.

    • Candidates must complete a minimum of 80 hours ground school instruction.

    • 35 Hours Dual Flight Training - Cessna 172 @ $330/hour $11,550.00

    • 30 Hours Solo Flight Training - Cessna 172 @ $245/hour $7,350.00

    • 25 Hours Preparatory Ground Instruction/Flight Briefings @ $85/hour $2,125.00

    • Licensing and Exam Fees (estimate) $800.00

    • Commercial Pilot License Total $21,825.00
