Seaplane Rating

    • Candidates shall complete a minimum of 7 hours total flight time, consisting of a minimum of 5 hours dual and a minimum of 5 takeoffs and landing as sole occupant of the aeroplane.

    • To complete you must demonstrate a level of skill specified in the Instructor Guide – Seaplane Rating (TP12668).

    • Must hold a Valid licence or Permit - Recreational Pilot Permit (RPP) or higher licence, PPL, CPL, ATPL – Aeroplane.

    • Must hold a Valid Medical.

  • Note: Flight training is based on Transport Canada minimums, more training may be required.
